Sundance Canyon Medium blend of a Mexican and South American beans delicately roasted to show a bright and citrusy palate with soft nutty undertones. A wonderful breakfast cup to get you going!
And what's with the name? The trail to Sundance Canyon begins right beside the Cave and Basin site, which is the historical site of the discovery of Banff Hot Springs, which led to the creation of Canada’s National Park system in the 1880s.
Today, many people bike or walk to the canyon on the paved trail (or cross-country ski during the winter) enjoying views of the rugged peaks to the north, including the distinctive spire of Mount Edith, all the while breathing fresh, crisp Mountain air.
