Sourced from the Chiapas mountain region of southern Mexico. The El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in the Chiapas highlands is one of the world’s most diverse forest reserves, producing sustainable shade grown coffee trees. This Dark roasted to be full yet bright. It has aromas of candied Pecans with notes of citrus and semi-sweet chocolate on the palate with a spicy finish.
