Buffalo Brew (formerly Sleeping Buffalo) Medium/Dark is a blend of 2 South American and 1 Mexican bean, displaying a very pleasing body with several levels of flavour including almond and a sweet chocolate aroma. A real favorite!
The Story Behind the Name
Sleeping Buffalo was the original name for Tunnel Mountain that graces the Banff town site. The railway had planned to burrow a tunnel through but changed their minds... but not the name! As with this roast, we also changed its original name but not its perfect blend!
